This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for July 03, 2008:
Competition is always valuable, which is to say it serves just as vital a purpose as any other form of human expression; it reveals the best in the worst and the worst in the best of us. It bids we travel paths we fear to tread and leads us to places we might never have known had we remained inert.

Help

I need to get my competitive juice geared up if i'm going to survive the stampede at Amma's tomorrow.. i need my hugs and will stop at nothing. And you're right, I need to pay close attention to the Tours to see how these guys aim for the Finish Line without stopping to smell the tulips.
Your spiritual formula is so simple and your post has helped put things in perspective.
